Our center offers a wide variety of exercise and wellness classes designed to support seniors at every ability level. From balance and strength programs like Better Bones & Balance Boot Camp and SAIL, to gentle movement classes like Qigong, Mobility From Head to Toe, and Body Recall, there are many ways to stay active and improve overall wellness. Participants can also enjoy programs that combine creativity and connection, including workshops and game days with DPRedding, Inc., along with walking programs and Pilates to support mobility and independence. Each class focuses on helping individuals stay strong, confident, and connected while having fun in a supportive environment.
